Это самый лучший отель который я видела (есть с чем сравнить)! Начиная от въезда на территорию, стоят доблестные мужчины в форме, далее у входа. Как только заходишь в отель, чувствуется такой уют и комфорт На ресепшене милый девушки встречают и все рассказывают ОТ и ДО! Отличные лифты, локации, а номер чистейший со всеми удобствами (халат,тапочки,ванные принадлежности,фен, полотенца,зубные щетки,пасты) Удобная мощная кровать, я очень ценю комфорт для сна Вид с моего 17 этажа просто бесподобный на мечеть «Сердце Чечни», Грозный Молл. Внимание! Данная гостиницы находящейся в центре Грозного . Очень комфортная и стильная . Находиться в живописном месте , где открываются очень красивые виды на центральные скверы , мечеть и много еще что можно посмотреть . А также сходить погулять . Если честно тут очень красиво. Город сам безопасный , много патрулей . Очень чисто и спокойно . Советую посетить. Отдельно благодарность главе республики . Завтрак шведский стол , большой выбор еды много и фруктов . Девушки приветливые ( персонал) . Выбор есть .
Хорошее расположение отеля, удобно добираться до любой точки города. Отзывчивый персонал, достаточно чисто в номере. Завтраки очень хорошие, обильный ассортимент, продукты на любой вкус, прекрасный десерт. Всегда есть вещи, к которым можно придраться, но я стараюсь на это не обращать особого внимания. Отель советую всем туристам и командировочным.

Отлично! Персонал приветливый, в ресторанах вкусно, завтрак лучший из всех отелей, в которых я бывал! При выборе видовых номеров, красивый вид на город, лучше чем из ресторана Купол. В номере всё необходимое, чисто, красиво.
